
FRSC gets Andrew Longkam as new Sector Commander in Yobe

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has appointed Corps Commander Andrew Paul Longkam, fsi, as the new Sector Commander in Yobe State.
A statement by the Sector Public Relations Officer, Chief Route Commander Yau Mohammed, said Longkam assumed duty on Sept. 21 at the command headquarters in Damaturu.
According to the statement, the new commander has served in various capacities within the corps and held several sensitive positions before his posting to Yobe.
The statement said Longkam solicited the continued cooperation of stakeholders and residents in Yobe to promote a crash-free state.
