APC Convention Committee to Ensure Transparent Convention – Buni

Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has assured that the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Convention Committee will organise a transparent and harmonious convention.

Buni, who serves as Secretary of the committee, gave the assurance while speaking on preparations for the 2026 national convention of the All Progressives Congress.

According to him, the committee is committed to organising a convention that will strengthen unity among members and promote the collective interest of the country.

The governor said the committee had commenced groundwork to ensure a well-organised and generally acceptable convention.

Earlier, the Chairman of the committee, Aminu Masari, led members on a facility tour as part of preparations for the smooth take-off of the committee’s activities.

Masari expressed confidence that the committee would organise a convention that members of the party would be proud of.

The development was contained in a statement issued by Mamman Mohammed, Director-General, Press and Media Affairs to the Governor.
