Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi: NEFC mourns revered Islamic scholar

The North-East Facebook Connect has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, describing the late cleric as an enduring pillar of Islamic scholarship.
In a condolence message issued by its National Coordinator, Idris Zakariya Abdullahi, the organisation said the scholar’s passing was a profound loss to Bauchi State, the North-East and the Muslim Ummah.
It prayed for Allah to forgive the late scholar’s shortcomings, reward his devotion to Islam and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.
The organisation urged the family, the Tijjaniyya Order and followers across the country to find strength in the impactful teachings and legacy he left behind.
It noted that Sheikh Dahiru’s contributions to knowledge, peace and moral guidance would continue to illuminate generations.
