Bauchi APC mourns former President Buhari, hails his legacy of patriotism

The Bauchi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Nigeria’s former President, Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR), describing his passing as a monumental national loss.
This is contained in a condolence statement signed by the State Chairman, Alhaji Muhammad Tilde made available to newsmen on Monday in Bauchi
In the message titled “A Giant General Falls: Bauchi State APC Mourns the Passing of President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR)”, the party paid glowing tribute to Buhari’s legacy.
“Today, our hearts are heavy with grief as we bid farewell to a charismatic leader and statesman,” the statement read.
“We remember President Buhari as a champion of democracy, a patriot, the darling of the common man (Talakawa), and a leader committed to national unity, stability, and security.” Tilde said
He praised Buhari’s selfless service and unwavering commitment to Nigeria’s progress, saying his legacy will remain etched in the nation’s collective memory.
“On behalf of the Bauchi APC leadership, stakeholders, and members, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the Buhari family, friends, and all Nigerians who mourn this great loss,” Tilde added.
The party offered prayers for eternal peace, asking Allah to forgive the late President, comfort his loved ones, and grant him paradise (Jannatul Adnin)
