PBAT movement unveils 44 vehicles for Tinubu-Shettima campaign in Borno

The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement has commenced grassroots mobilisation in Borno for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima in the 2027 general elections.
The movement, led by its Grand Patron, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, unveiled 44 campaign vehicles and other mobilisation materials at Sir Kashim Ibrahim Square, College of Education, Maiduguri, on Tuesday.
The materials included 88 speakers, 44 generators, 44 amplifiers and 44 microphones, which were distributed to support the movement’s grassroots campaign across the state.
Represented by Kestin Pondi, Managing Director of Tantita Limited, Tompolo urged the people of Borno to reciprocate the retention of Shettima, who hails from the state, by supporting the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2027.
He said the people should demonstrate confidence in the Tinubu administration and acknowledge what he described as security gains being recorded in the state.
Tompolo also urged APC supporters to extend the goodwill enjoyed by the President to the grassroots through sustained mobilisation, saying the administration had laid a foundation for building a more prosperous Nigeria.
He commended Gov. Babagana Zulum for the development projects across the state and urged voters to support the APC governorship candidate to ensure continuity.
The campaign was unveiled by Zulum, represented by his deputy, Alhaji Umar Usman Kadafur.
Kadafur said Borno was prepared for what he described as massive grassroots support for Tinubu and Shettima.
Also speaking, APC Deputy National Chairman (North), Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori, urged party members to take the campaign to the grassroots.
The APC governorship candidate, Engr. Mustapha Gubio, said the Tinubu administration had delivered dividends of democracy and pledged continued support for the Tinubu-Shettima ticket.
