Yobe APC coalition condemns attempts to change leadership
The Coalition of All Progressive Congress (APC) Political Organisations, Yobe state chapter has condemned attempt to overthrow the current party leadership by a section of people.

Alhaji Babagana Modu, the Chairman of coalition made this known while addressing newsmen on Saturday in Damaturu.
He said “As you know, there is a fake claim circulating over all media stations that Governor Mai Mala Buni is no longer the Acting APC.
“I want to use this medium to categorically state that, as Coalition of APC Political organisations in Yobe State.
“We stand to condemn any move by any individual or group to breach the constitutional provision the party, which provide a legal way of constituting leadership structures be it as elective or as an active capacity.

“It is worthy of interest to note the achievements recorded by Buni led caretaker administration interms of restructuring and repositioning the party.
“Which led to decamping of serving governors, senators, members House of Representatives and other thousands of people from other political parties.”, Modu said.
He enjoin all party members and stakeholders to disregard all fake news regarding the change in the leadership of the party.
