HoS visits NISS participants from Yobe
Alhaji Garba Bilal, the Yobe State Head of Service (HoS) on Friday visited Yobe State participants of Advanced Security Management Course III at National Institute for Security Studies (NISS), Abuja.
Bilal congratulated the participants for the rare opportunity they had.
He also urged them to make judicious use of the knowledge they acquired for the benefit of Yobe state and the nation at general.
Bilal commended governor Mai Mala Buni for his unrelenting efforts towards the development of Yobe and the people of the state.
The commandant of the institute, Alhaji S.A Adeleke mni (Mujiyan Gwandu) thanked the Head of Service Alhaji for the visit and commend governor Mai Mala Buni for his support to the institute.
