APC: committee satisfied with conduct of state assembly primaries in Adamawa
The National committee for the primary elections for members of the State House of Assembly under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing exercise in Adamawa.
Prof. Innocent Barikor, the Committee Chairman stated this during the monitoring of the exercise in Yola-North, Yola-South and Girei Local Government Areas on Wednesday.
He urged the people in the areas to elect credible candidates that would represent them at the assembly and to support the government for sustainable development in line with President Bola Tinubu’s transformation agenda.
“I am very excited about what I have seen today, and chose the right candidate that will lead us. Nigeria is yearning for change and APC is the only party that will deliver this charge.
“And you know that Mr President has been doing his best and the state governor is doing so well so, we need to move with this kind of party”, he said.
Earlier the chairman of the committee said, the election materials have been distributed successfully across the state.
He appreciated the leadership of the APC in the state led by Alhaji Hamza Madagali for all the arrangements put in place for the success of the exercise.
