Bauchi gov revered matriarch step mother passes away at 120

With profound sadness, the family of Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State announces the passing of his beloved stepmother, Haj. Hauwa Muhammadu Duguri, fondly known as Dada. She was 120 years old.

Haj. Duguri was a highly respected matriarch and a symbol of wisdom, grace, and selflessness. Her remarkable life was marked by a deep commitment to community service, piety, and compassion.
Throughout her long and impactful life, she inspired countless individuals with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to her faith and community.
Her funeral prayer (Janazah) for Haj. Duguri takes place today at 4:00 PM at Dr. Rulwan Adamu Square, Government House, Bauchi.
Governor Bala Mohammed has extended his heartfelt condolences to the entire Duguri family and all those who had the privilege of knowing Haj. Duguri.
He urged everyone to join him in prayers for the repose of her soul and to honor her enduring legacy.
